Student Success Statement
“Nothing in the world can take the place
of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with
talent. Genius will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and
determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan ‘Press On’ has solved and always
will solve the problem of the human race.”
-Calvin Coolidge
(30th president of the United States)
Reflection:
What I think about this quote of
Calvin Coolidge is that nothing in this world can take the place of
persistence. Not even people who are smart, talented, and more. We should have
persistence and determination to accomplish good things for us and everyone in
the world. You should always persists your dreams and accomplish them. There are
always problems with human race don’t be a racist person just treat everyone equally and not be a racism and committee things that you will regret.
