Reflection:
What this quote of Alfred is trying to say or
what I understand is that if your heart is clean and doesn’t have any bad
feelings then you are a very strong person compare to people who are not clean.
It can affect the people around you and it is not good. Have a heart pure and
you will feel good within yourself. For example when you read the bible your
heart feels joy because you are learning new, good things from it and you are
not thinking wrong.
